The facility was good. The night front desk guy was rude and inconsiderate. The side lamp had a spark when we turned it on for starters.The TV was not working and politely asked him if it could be fixed. He had me waiting outside of the room for about 30 minutes and said if he didn't fix it, he'd give me a different room. None of that happened, he left the room and said he'd be right back but never did. He insulted me by saying that the room was already dirty, ( I unpacked some things out of my luggage) so he couldn't give a different room but would give me a partial refund, which never happened. I want to add that though that the girl on the front desk the following morning was very attentive and had a smile on her face. Very nice person, I could tell. I actually would like to have a full refund for this stay. 😔
