This is the nicest Extended Stay I have ever stayed in. The staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was done well and on time. Staff seem to really enjoy their jobs. The rooms and the grounds were clean and well stocked. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful but if I had to say that the breakfast is really lacking. It’s basically coffee. At best it’s instant oats and a not necessarily fresh muffin or breakfast bar. Sadly this location sits directly between a Drury Hotel and a Hilton Hotel-and both of those locations have spectacular breakfasts.

The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. Towels were clean but very linty. Location was good. Staff were nice and polite. Good price

Unorganized check-in. They didn’t know which rooms were cleaned and ready to be assigned to new guests. After we were given a room, a staff member walked into our room not knowing it was occupied. The hallways smelled bad. They had trash storage rooms that the smell leaked out from.

"we didn't complete the stay"

the location was perfect. the room was fair.

i was in Phoenix to attend a funeral. on day 1 we left to visit family. while we were at dinner i got a call from the hotel stating that "you can call Booking.Com and get your refund we assume you left" so we had to find another place to stay.
