The staff not friendly, no soap, no conditioner, very limited breakfast

The breakfast bar wasn't not there wasn't stocked ask front desk to restock she stated they didn't have anything for the last two days. No housekeeper for the weekend so beds wasn't remade the whole time has to get fresh towels when return daily. The bed was not comfortable at all we had to inform the housekeeper when we arrived to clean the room trash was left from prior guests I really refer a refund this was awful.

$225 a night is absolute robbery for this utter dump of a hotel. The room was very shabby and looked nothing like the photos . Hallways were beyond dingy and the entire 2nd floor smelled like food. I’m certain people are “living” in some of the rooms. They may check out and back in every 30 days . I cannot believe they get away with charging $225 per night. Worse than most Motel 6’s I’ve seen.

Staff were okay.

The beds were too small, no breakfast continental, had bed bugs on me that night and on my kids, smell in lobby did not smell clean.

Not much, looks can be deceiving

The price, for the room to be run down and unequipoed, never again!

Friendly staff, very secured.

There was a ratty kitchenette, with no supplies, had to ask for coffee maker, cups, etc. What is the point of having a kitchen with no supplies? No cups for brushing teeth, no coffee maker? Room was shady at best, and not the cheapest either! But sure felt like bottom line!

Everything the moment I walked in, should have upgraded to the Drury Inn right next door =/
