The room was good though a full length mirror and tissues in the upstairs loft would have been great addition to keep from having to go all the way up and down the stairs to the bathroom. Other than that the room was good, bed was conformable, and shower pressure was great. The highlight was the staff, from Shamea & Rochelle to Carlton, they were so accommodating, personable, and really just wonderfully authentic which really added to our overall experience!

The hotel staff was beyond lovely. I felt like they all cared about us, we felt very much at home. Kim at the front desk could not have been more helpful. The hotel bar/restaurant POETS is lovely. The atmosphere and food was delicious, great cocktail menu too. It was extra special that one night they had a jazz trio.

The cost of the valet was a bit high.

Good Location, Clean , most of the staff were friendly.

Rooms were tired and lacked storage space . Requesting simple things like extra coathangers seemed to cause a major challenge. We were always one of the first people down for breakfast and yet still you ran out of or did not have simple items that were stated on the menu..( bananas as an example).. you need to do better for prices you are charging.
