Extended Stay America Select Suites - Madison - Old Sauk Rd

Very noisy and disruptive guests with children. Front desk woman had an attitude and was rude.

Location was good, Robin at the front was quite friendly and helpful.

The room was never serviced for housekeeping despite staying there for 11 nights. We requested it at the 7 day mark but apparently no one was available? All we got were towels and new sheets but that was after sending a long email. The oven was dirty, the taps were shaky and creaking, the shower was off, hot water wasn't consistent. Overall a quite difficult 11 nights.

This whole experience was just awful.

Room smelled like a wet towel. Only garbage was in the bathroom. Tv did not work

Friendly staff nice room great location it’s awesome that it has a washer and dryer the atmosphere is good they value us it’s just great to be here and the people that stay here too are very friendly and nice it’s great they have utilities for us if needed

My room was comfortable and clean and offered a kitchen but no pots, plates or utensils. The price was agreeable enough to buy these things if staying for more than just a couple of days. Tub/shower were made of reassuringly non-slip material. Plenty of electrical outlets and a good tv. The bed was comfortable.

It had good space since it was a suite/extended stay

The toilet was rusty/dirty. The room didn't feel as clean as it could be. We did ask for a new set of towels however there was a linen fee for the night shift to 'exchange towels' and not get a new set. I wasn't expecting that.

The rooms are HUGE! Like a studio apartment, kitchen and lounge area open to the bed. Definitely a very comfortable room. Also I like my room cold and the air conditioning didn’t disappoint! Got my room cold!

There was someone staying with a dog a couple rooms over and it was a very loud dog. Anytime other units slammed a door the dog would bark. This was my first stay and it was just for one night, next time I would ask to have a different room.
