The internet was bad and paid for better still nothing

Did not feel safe staying here.

A thoughtful manager was very courteous and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The price was high for what was offered. Although the room had a full kitchen, no dishes, utensils, or saucepans were provided.

Would stay again. The hotel in general had a odd smell though.

People in and out at all hours and very loud

Robin, at the front desk, was terrific. She seemed to know her job well and was able to answer all of my questions. She should be commended for her customer service skills. The size of the room was comfortable and there were plenty of counter spaces, a stove, a full size refrigerator with a freezer.

The dead bolt in the room door did not work properly. I had informed the front desk staff after checking in and she said she will report it. The next morning I told other staff at the front desk the refrigerator woke me up in the middle of the night and wouldn't stop humming (loudly). When I went to check out someone's dog poop in the hallway. The room was as clean as could be but there weren't the same amenities as a regular hotel so it wasn't as comfortable for me. I forgot that Extended Stays are somewhat different from regular hotels so that was my error in booking. Hopefully, the refrigerator and dead bolt will be replaced or repaired before the next guest is assigned the same room.
