Reasonably close to the railway station, and to the centre of town.

My impression was that the bed & breakfast side of the operation took a decidedly second place when compared to the restaurant side of the business. Communication problems and misunderstandings may have been exacerbated by language difficulties, but the fact that there was no controller for the air-conditioning in my room, meant I had to endure two uncomfortable days. The fact that every time you entered the room or the B&B area, you had to enter a 6 digit code on a keypad. This made mistakes very frequent, and was very annoying. A four digit code would have been sufficient. Breakfast was set out on a bench, with an open door nearby. With the hot weather I noticed that the flies had a good time feeding on the conveniently displayed food. Not very hygienic.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dietro al castello. Camera ben arredata e molto pulita. Personale, pur non essendo in presenza, molto disponibile e gentile; sono venuti appositamente per aiutarci a mettere le bici in sicurezza.

La colazione tutto sommato non era male considerando che c'erano pochi ospiti ma potrebbe essere migliorata soprattutto nella qualità di torte e brioches.

Do un 9 invece che 10 solo perché non c'è né rampa né ascensore per la valigia. Il resto tutto perfetto. Camera e posizione ottima, staff gentilissimo e colazione internazionale come piace a me! 😊

Mi e' piaciuta la posizione in centro città, comodissima per vivere Trento a piedi. Le stanze godono comunque di silenzio e tranquillità. Abbiamo usufruito della air con per rinfrescare la stanza e abbiamo riposato bene. Stanza pulita, servizio bar e ristorante accoglienti

Colazione standard, con una piccola aggiunta sulla camera avrei gradito frutta e verdura al buffet
