Studio 51 Extended Stay Hotel

Nothing, totally regret going here

Got transferred from one room that not only it had dirty sheets but a clogged toilet. Second room had clean sheets but the shower was leaking all night even tho it was closed and the second room had clogged toilet. Im thinking this hole place sewer system needs to be replaced. Also, be careful if their staff ask you for your credit card to be shown through the camera.

All the riff raff around the place ended up leaving few hours after got there due to people trying to steal put the back of my truck

Why is this place even an option on this app? It is appalling, uninhabitable, and down right disgusting. The doors of the cabinets were tore off with screws still in then. The sink had a constant small stream that would not stop. It was late and I was exhausted, so I went to shower.. the floor in the bathroom was sinking and the shower was only one very small stream with hardly any pressure. You also don't get towels. When I went to lay down I noticed the legs of the bed were literally bent and it was slanted. I called the front desk and was unable to get an answer. I went down there and the lady, who is on a computer kiosk and not physically at the location told me there was no maintenance at night and didn't have another room to move me to. Suggested I just try to sleep in it and get it fixed in the morning. I crawled under the bed onto the actual DIRTY floor and fixed the legs myself. The curtain in the room had so many burn holes in it, that it let a decent amount of light in, during the night the police were there 3 times. There was abundant drug activity and homeless camp behind the building. In the morning I left and was told to contact booking.com for a refund, which I haven't been able to get. The place shouldn't be on this app, it's disgusting and I'll never use booking.com again.

Nothing I pulled in and sat in the parking lot their sign was busted and hanging there were broke down cars on blocks flat tires missing tires busted windows missing windows people ALL OVER out side I mean ALL OVER drinking and smoking stuff off foil I didnt feel safe sitting there let alone actually staying there or leaving my car there or my stuff during the day I finally worked the courage up to walk to the office to discuss a refund and cancelation well there was 2 girls who entered before be and there wasnt even a actual person running it you spoke to a man on a KIOSK machine?? Never have I seen that before and while he argued with the 2 girls about paying the full amount or they couldnt stay that no partial payments were allowed i flat out walked out got back into my car and left went and paid for a entire different motel and ive contacted them multiple times by email cant seem to reach ANYONE ANY WAY ive contacted booking who is also still waiting to get a response and this was what 3 weeks ago now this place a a trap house if u are a drunk or druggie its perfect for you its horrible it needs to be raided by the cops it needs to be shut down and it needs to be taken off of the booking app the photos LOOK NOTHING LIKE THAT ACTUAL PLACE all I want is a refund I did NOT FEEL SAFE I literally watched a group of people smoke something off foil the place was terrifying I wasnt safe I didnt feel safe drug drinking violence illegal activity all the above I really hope I eventually get my money back because it was a joke

Decent price

Rooms weren't clean.check in was at 3pm. Arrived a little after 7pm and room still wasn't ready. Was dirty when checked in so we asked for another room. The 2nd room was disgusting. First room was re cleaned before we finally settled in
