For the staff to be more respectful and do their job and not let their feelings get in the way and also to respect my request and refund me my money since my booking was insured.

The way they wouldn't answer the phones and when they did answer and I was able to let them know wat I needed they hung up on me all rude

I ended not staying as the room they signed to me and my daughter was used end not clean. I don’t recommend this place. Really terrible and dirty

The first room I was assigned was unacceptable—there was mold in the bathroom, and the fridge didn’t work. The smell coming from it was so bad it made me physically sick. I requested a room change, and while the second room was an improvement and at least felt sanitary, it still wasn’t worth the price. Overall, very disappointing for what I paid.
