スタッフさん達は凄く親切に接してくれました。 お風呂も宿泊者だけしか居ないから、のんびりゆっくり湯船に浸かる事も出来て満足でした。 次も利用したいと思います。

部屋に加湿器が有ると良かったかなぁ～と思う。

The hotel location is wonderful, in the woods, secluded, and close to nature. It has a few onsens, we tried 2 of them, and it was an excellent experience, especially the indoor/outdoor one. The staff is extremely friendly. They have English-speaking staff, so communication was no problem. WE came late, drove at night, and the signs to the onsen saved us since Google Maps goofed. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did enjoy it.

A little more heating in the dressing room at the outside onsen would be beneficial. Using a fan to distribute the heat is not the most efficient way since the airflow cools the hot air coming from the A/C. It was a cold day, close to freezing, and the three minutes between the dressing room and when the hot water started flowing in the showers (before entering the water) were a real courage test. However, after dipping in the water of the onsen, it was awesome.

Det var en härlig och uppfriskande hälsosam övernattning. Den traditionella middagen på kvällen var mycket vällagad och vår värdinna kunnig och trevlig. Vi fick tom fisknamnen på sushin översatt till korrekt svenska! Vi hann med både vårt privata bad på rummet och provade några till av de allmänna vilka alla 3 var trevligt utformade med privat avskärmning och ändå med utemiljö nära.

Frukosten var för oss lite hardcore och det kändes sorgligt att så mycket mat gick till spillo.
