Lovely hot springs

Amazing location. Surprising when you enter because the community is spare and somewhat in disrepair. Underpromises but overdelivers. A shocking transformation once you enter the grounds

Everything. The service was top-notch. We were picked up in a van from Amagase station. Got a room upgrade which made our stay so magical. The staff were so so so lovely and helpful which made our stay very memorable. And the food was just otherworldly - the fact that it was seasonal produce made it extra amazing. Most importantly the hot spring baths we tried were soooooooo nice. Peaceful surroundings amidst breathtaking nature and the fact we had a rainy day made it extra mystical when the trees were all shrouded in mist. Our best experience in Japan yet!

아침, 저녁 모두 훌륭했지만 맛보단 눈으로 보이는것에 더 치우친 느낌이였습니다 객실 내 폭포가 보이는 온천이 정말 마음에 들었고 텐스이 내에 많은 가족탕, 폭포탕 등 전부 좋았습니다. 또 방문하고싶네요

식사는 정말 훌륭했지만 타지에서 온 외국인이라 그런지 입맛에 완전 맞았지만 대체로 맛있게 먹었습니다 여름에 온천여행은 역시 조금은 무리인거 같습니다. 겨울이나 추워지면 다시 오고 싶습니다

息子の誕生日を兼ねて行きましたがスタッフのサービスがとても良かったです　来年も予定しています　お料理が美味しかった
