Very nice and clean for an older hotel.

Nice property, great service! Property has bugs, roaches! Rooms smell like pet urine, I had to use candle's to try and block odor!

The property is suited for families but the building isn’t the most modern.

This property was about the worst I have ever been to.. They did not have the room I book available Apoun arrival, they gave me two rooms with just a king bed. One of the rooms were uncleaned and had roaches in it. The next day they attempted to place me in the room that I book but it was not cleaned either. I informed them I would not stay in that. I had to place 5 people in a one bed room again. . In this room I find what look like rat holes in the walls. The room phone did not work either. I attempted to go to the front desk to get towels, I had to wait an hour for the front desk person to come back inside from smoking weed to be able to finally get them. I attempted to contact the hotel manager multiple times and would not answer or call me back.

The reservation was mixed up and I have yet to be compensated for overpaying for a larger room that I was confirmed as reserved and did not get.

I booked and was charged for a double bed double room, was informed on arrival that my room booked was unavailable. That the only room left was a 1 queen size bed with a pull out couch. I was with my family that totals to 6 ppl in the room. I had to go but air mattresses just to accommodate my children. There were pest, mildew and a wet carpet smell. Horrible experience overall!!

My stay was 3 nights… my last day I return to my room to find it unclean. I had no clean towels n beds were not made. Trash had not been taken out… I had to ask for extra towels and extra blankets as the bag for the couch had only one pillow. I let the front desk know the day checked and he only thing the receptionist could stay was sorry.

The room was infested with roaches they were everywhere. I actually checked out early the next morning. It was mind blowing. I also have pictures.

A lot of noise coming from highway

The price was right for a king bed plus sofa and kitchenette. The breakfast was moderately plentiful, but the food was less than impressive. (There was a lady making omelets to order, but I did not try one.) The plastic cutlery was so flimsy that my fork broke on the scrambled eggs and my knife broke while spreading jelly. The showerhead was pretty old and gunked up; when my husband complained. they replaced it the same day with one that sprayed better but was definitely not new. Location is convenient to major roads, but very hard to get to (possibly the fault of Houston, not the hotel). This is a good place if you are on a budget and need space or if you need to work in your room.
