The maintenance isn't available when needed. We couldn't enter our unit 3 nights in a row because of a faulty door.
Not being able to obtain refund for cancellation of remaining days. It's very unsatisfying.
Shower was nasty and only half of it worked. Shower head was clogged up and when I checked in nobody at the desk. Lady outside hanging with a friend. No professional at all

Dirty rooms and common areas. Second building is not connected to primary building. Parking lot is dirty, not well lit, and unsafe. Very disappointing.
I booked double bed room but they provided single bed room and they said it is over booked
The hallways were hot and smelled like marijuanna. The room looked like it was somewhat renovated but not finished. But the front desk staff was friendly enough.

Unclean, musty smelling rooms. Mold all over outside of hotel and windows. Very run down place. Won't stay here again.
I've stayed here a few times now. This recent trip I had no problems. Its an older hotel but for the price is just fine. I like having the little kitchen.
