The pictures online look nice but in reality the hotel was a lie. I feel like I was catfished. I reserved and paid for 2 ngts but I stayed 1 ngt and then booked at the Embassy-Galleria for the next day. My room was in a diffrent building towards the back of the property. Parking was dark and felt unsafe. Does NOT have a restaurant, doesn't have a bar, couch looks dirty, towels were so old.
Water pressure in shower was low and bathroom sink water didn’t get hot.
Stayed for 10days and studio was kept clean, no complaints..nice people!
The hotel was a bit more run down than the ratings would indicate and it definitely needed some upgrades. Granted, we had our dog with us, so maybe they put us in the less nice room?? The beds were surprisingly small and the pull out couch didn’t come with any bedding. When we asked for some, we were told we’d have to wait until morning when housekeeping arrived. The price was good, but we probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
Overall happy with location. Nothing stood out good or bad
This Hyatt is not like the others more of a downgrade to them. There was boarded up windows . i dnt like the layout its all seperate buildings but overall good stay , good communication and the rooms didnt dissapoint . housekeepin could be better room never got cleaned my whole weekend stay and had to haunt down towels .
We didn't get to check in until 8pm but when we checked in they advised us they had no hot water and probably wouldn't until late Sunday. They did cancel my reservation without penalty but still had to find a last minute hotel. Communication would have been nice a little sooner.
As i was taking my belongings to my room with my kids the property manager was fighting and hitting somebody with a broomstick. There was a lot of fighting and arguing throughout the night of people arguing and fighting in the hallways I didn't feel safe at all my kids couldn't sleep it was horrible
We couldn't stay because there was no room avaliable. They said it was over sold so the one i supposed pay for it, wasnt avalaible. Im trying to get a refund.
They were overbooked and did not give me a room. Horrible
