The worse hotel experience
Horrible customer service. Got to the hotel only to be turned away and said they have no availability. No phone call at all to say we needed to look elsewhere. Customer service was so poor.
Bathroom was dirty. One of the towels provided was dirty. Trash was found in the drawers.
