Rooms smelled like smoked horrible smell in rooms
I like the location but the whole Hotel is getting old, the lights, the furniture, the equipment.
I was so disappointed at Hyatt for having their name associated with this hotel. From the minute I walked in, everything went wrong. The fire alarm wouldn’t stop beeping so I had to disconnect it. The TV didn’t work nor did the Wi-Fi. It was just a terrible experience, all around. There are plenty of other mid to lower priced hotels in the area. Do not pick this one
Upon check-in, rooms were not ready. This is at 230 am!! 1 worker. He Had to check rooms to make sure they were clean. Said give him 5 min. He took 30. Came back sweaty. Then said there are no keys. So he had to follow my family to our room and let us in. So if we forgot something, had to go to desk. Wait for him. Tell him to let us back in building and then follow us back to room to let us in. Room had hair stuck on walls. Shower curtain looked black and moldy on the bottom and shower was disgusting with black feet stains on the bottom. Worst hotel i have ever been in. And ive stayed in motels that have been way cleaner and more professional than this place. Never go there!!
It was terrible we had roaches crawling on us in our room. It was disgusting I really want a refund
No option to for housekeeping, telephone not working well, microwave and coffeemaker not working and reported with no action whatsoever
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Super clean rooms. I mean even the vents were spotless! Furniture is nice. You can tell they vacuumed the furniture. Kitchen had all you needed. The only thing i would say is they need new bed fitting sheets because they would keep sliding off the mattress. Breakfast was decent and everything clean and organized. Front desk two females were very sweet and pleasant! Pool was not clean but when i told her they took care of it. Overall worth the money and piece of mind. I would stay again.
My reservation was cancelled by the hotel, I was not allowed to check in and I was still charged for the room. I want a refund.
I stayed here easter weekend with my boyfriend & we both loved the hotel. Our room was soo cute and roomy not to mention clean!! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was yummy! We will be back soon!
Need upgrade. Window curtains are not fully closed.
