building carpet smelled like humid, as there are some people that live there you would see people drinking in the parking lot with kids around and staying in the hallway. Jacuzzi was not working as heating was system was not fixed. room was not fully equipped, there was only one pot, and the rest had to be requested at front desk to a very not nice manager, cribs we’re not available through out our star even though it was a promised service
Great location. Rest of the things are OK, but there are roaches in the kitchen. I would avoid this place next time.
Hyatt House is a descent stay. It's clean and has great breakfast. The staff are all very nice. The rooms could really use to be updated though.

Property was fine, cold a/c and spacious room. The pool area was neglected, very dirty and the jacuzzi not working with no immediate intention for resolution. We were looking forward to using it. The set up has lots of potential if clean and maintained. The a/c was set high in the lobby and corridors giving an unpleasant first impression. If these issues are resolved, the current rating should be maintained, if not, lower it to a 2.5 star and reduced rate.

Property is old and smells old. The rooms need updates. Towels were not white anymore.
Hotel was not what was advertised. i called 2 days before to make sure the pool and jacuzzi were open and working and they told me it was. When i got there it was not. then the front desk worker did not try to offer any remedies. She just rudely said well you can cancel if you want to. Then there were insects and a lizard in our room. disgusting
we had our gas stolen out of the car in the parking lot could not get the manager or general manager to check their cameras Unsafe place to stay
