It was in a good area is that I could jump on the highway to get any where. What I didn't like it has small roaches in the shower and my TV didn't work in my room. They did move me twice into another room the 1st night.
There was no hot water for 3 days for the whole hotel. They wouldnot let me leave early as i prepaid so i can go to a hotel with hot water. I communicated with staff several times and with left several unanswered messages with the manager sheena. I do a lot of business in the area and have 2 guys staying out there for a full week this week. Thy will not be staying at the Hyatt House. Here is a pic of the desk chair, it was filthy.
All the employees were awesome during check in and out! It was a completely smooth process and we were even offered drinks during check each time. The room location was perfect back in the second building, parking was convenient right in front of our room. The room itself was awesome as well, very clean with a full kitchen and couch.
No hot water in the first then a/c stopped working in the second room.
Breakfast was great ,great people there helping!! We stayed there 5 nights nobody did room service not once!
A little bit noisy but clean and good breakfast with fresh omelets. The ladies at the breakfast area were taking care of everything.
The stay was good the room was excited for us as a family only the outlets didn’t work that well and had problems to charger our electric..love the small kitchen and kids got to use it while we where there..over all it was a good stay for us.
This place has no cameras around the buildings! If you park there beware as my car got burglarized. And the parking isn't secured. I would say this place is clean, but it is clearly starting to show it's age, and the continental breakfast is ok .
it doesn't feel like 3 star hotel
