Greenmount Beach House

Accomodation was fine. It was very basic. Pool deck was spongy built above what we believe is old pool deck. Timber needed reinforcing and replacing. Rooms were clean and neat. accomdation could use a good spruce including paint work. some windows were fixed closed and no insect screens

Very old building, only 1 lift working, sometimes no lift. The bathroom was very tiny, I couldn’t extend my arm over my head in the shower because of the low ceiling. Balcony furniture could be more comfortable as there was only 1 lounge type chair in the room. But, the location is fabulous, quick walk to the beach and restaurants. Which is a necessity because if you somehow how manage to find a carpark you can’t afford to give it up.

Very old and in need of renovation. It was raining and buckets catching leaks inside the hotel.

The hotel is being demolished next month so reviews don’t matter.

A lot of building works happening on both sides of this property and the staff did their best but the noise was outside their control.

Location was excellent. Large clean room. Very old building.

It was very pleasant. Nice and handy to everything.

Glad to sneak a few more stays in before th rebuild !

Location location!

We really loved our stay here. The hotel foyer and rooms are beautiful and there are areas to play pool, read a book, swim and a pool slide for the kids. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and dining. Was disappointed we only had a view of a garden wall and not the beach view as seen on the website. But that was forgiven and the stay was great. I would stay here again.
