We really love the hotel. all the staff is vwry kind and helpful especially the pool staff named mas Sugeng was super nice and friendly, he really took good care of us whenever we were at the pool

Our stay experience were smooth from start to finish, got enough space for the room, i love the balcony, and the view, Staff were helpful, and everything clean.

There is no ala carte menu for guests who did not book room +breakfast, even the room service were closed during breakfast time. So for us who cant take big meal in the morning, its kind of difficult because there is no restaurant by walking distance around.

Excellent stay for holiday. Room and facility were nice, atmosphere was great, children playroom available, private beach facility with shuttle

Breakfast was great but for such an upscale hotel, it was difficult to have proper coffee such as latte or espresso. At one morning, I was told coffee was not available as the person making coffee was not there.

The breakfast was quite a spread and really good for the price

When i came in, the staff was not ready although i had booked in advance. The rooms does not have international plug sockets and i had to give my phone downstairs to recharge. The sockets inside the room was limited. The card to the room door did not function properly.

I love in a way breakfast setup with 2 different section, western breakfast type and eastern. Overall we are happy and enjoy the hotel. And highly recommend for family with the kid since the hotel is family friendly.

However I stayed with wife and my twin, we need to pay extra cost for my twin breakfast and the cost is quite high to me considering the twin is just turn to 7 years and they are not eating to much specially in the early morning. Or at least and I hope the cost can be agree to pay for 1 kid instead 2 though I had tried to make a deal with the hotel staff but no luck.

I really liked the private beach and the outdoor facilities. They were very neat and honestly gives off a pleasant, luxurious Bali vibes. The room was also very clean, the bathroom included.

The facilities such as the gym and game room was pretty off-putting. We were so excited to know there was a gym and a game room, but honestly there was nothing interesting in both rooms.
