Restaurant had a good variety on the menu. Seafood was nice. Massive king prawns. Clean rooms with lovely views of mountains. Well kept surroundings. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Not all items available on the menu. The calamari was let down. Whole squid was fried without any batter or seasoning. Should improve. Gym was abbissmal. No AC. Old weight machine that was falling apart. Broken treadmill and bike. One wall fan that almost falling off the wall. No mats.

The breakfast was amazing. The location and the view were great, the shuttle take us to the beach in no time.

The room should've been cleaner , for a 5 star hotel this is a MUST. I notice the crack on the floor, missing door handles, worn out sheets and towels, it didn't look white anymore. My room feels dirty, my kids keep coughing in the middle of the night so i assume the air con is rarely cleaned. The uniform on the staff needs to be replace, it really worn them out, that's too bad because the staff were amazing. This is my 3rd time staying in this hotel, i never had a bad experience before. This hotel needs serious refurbishment especially for the lower floor room!!

One of the newest around the area. First and second visits ware great (but both occasion, I stayed at the villa). This third time (when i tried thee hotel room) not so great.

Food: Avoid uncooked ones. Food options are very limited and far from delicious. Room: bed sheets has spots, bathroom windows are broken, ceiling need renovation, wall paints are peeling off, balcony railing are rusting. Price: The most expensive around the area, but even for water, their policy is max 3 medium plastic bottles per room. Location: far from even the nearest convenience store, you have to make do with what they have in the hotel. Which is not much. Facility: One restaurant, one micro mart with limited options, a cafe, a small gym with only 3 equipments, no spa, a couple of crowded small swimming pool.
