The place is beautiful and nicely located. The views were amazing. We got out money's worth.

The house is lovely with an incredible view out into the bush and valley below. The place is spacious and the surrounding setting is tranquil. In terms of what you need, there's enough of it - cutlery, glasses, crockery, there's a decent amount of it. All around, like a solid 7/10 for me.

The place could use a touch-up in certain places. There's a couple of instances of paint peeling, and it's in dire need of some dusting (the amount resting on the hanging lighting above is scary). The main bedroom mattress is harder than I would have liked. It also would have been nice to have an axe to cut wood, and aircon to keep cool especially when you don't want the windows open during the hot summer nights. The TV is also a tad bit dated without Netflix or Disney+ (it's not a smart TV).

The location is simple amazing, so if you a nature lover it does not gets much better than this. Pure magic with so much space and everything you ever need. Beautiful house, simple loved it.

Unfortunately the chances is good the access to the estate will frustrate you, the rather minor maintenance issues, the communication or lack of it, but it pales with the peace you will get to be this close to nature. In short, (hope the owner reads this), change your agent! And where was customer service of Booking.com ?
