Great location and lovely room at a great price

A bit noisy outside and although there is a kettle no coffee just tea on offer.

The apartament is clean,in the city centre, close to everything you need. I received clear indications for self check in.

The bathroom really neads to be fixed. It had a hole in the wall and mold.

The location from La Spezia was ideal, also close to restaurants, bars and shops. The beds were comfy and we stayed in room 6 which had a double and single bed. Perfect space for a family of 3. We visited in Oct so didn’t need aircon and was warm enough with what was provided. They also did have extra blankets incase which was good. Room felt and looked clean. Shower gels and shampoos as well as towels we’re available, nice touch. Also black out blinds in the main bedroom was handy as we wanted to rest and not wake up too early. We were also able to leave our bags for a couple of hours whilst we got breakfast as we checked out at 10.30am.

Felt like the room/s were comfy but needed a little TLC. Some aspects of the place like the styrofoam decor wasn’t needed and maybe a bit of fresh paint would help but really not a big deal. We stayed 1 night and it was fine. Not many plug sockets around but that also wasn’t a big problem.
