"Good B&B experience in a lively city"

Friendly and responsive staff on WhatsApp. Clean room, equipped with standard appliances (mini-fridge, kettle, TV). Nice bedding. Nice location (5 minutes away from the docks, many restaurants nearby) and room located on first floor. Good Internet speed (reached 150-300 Mbps on Wi-Fi, signal was okay but not perfect).

One of the shower head was falling apart from the wall. Once got only barely warm water (was okay the rest of the time). Quite noisy environment due to pedestrians, relatively poor isolation from the street (pedestrians only) and other rooms. In line of sight with the neighbours on the opposite side of the street (but that's the price to pay to be in the centre of the city!)

"Perfect quiet stay in La Spezia"

Great location, a short walk from the train station so you can explore the surrounding areas of Cinque Terre. Felt safe and comfortable where we were and it was easy to communicate to staff over WhatsApp with any questions.

Location to shops etc, and train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Accommodation is very basic.
