"Good stop."

Breakfast was good. Internet and tv great. Staff working on Thanksgiving very pleasant.

Room was freezing when we entered. Was on AC not heat. Heater turned off and on all night… loudly. Barking dog woke me up,

Breakfast had a good selection of choices. Staff checked it several times to be sure the trays were full. Location was very convenient to our weekend activities.

The beds are extremely high and were a bit stiff. As a short, older person they were a bit difficult to get into.

I went to breakfast and it was good. The cleaning staff was very good, and very friendly.

The directions on the GPS is very poor. We are from the area so we knew where we were going. But it took as through town until we found our way.

Staff was fantastic - friendly, well trained, pros that are good at their job. The property and rooms are very dated, but clean and quiet. If I need to stay in Martinsville again, I'll stay at the Best Western.

I wasn't there long. But check in was very nice. I really liked the receptionist. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention, nice to look at. I didn't get her name. The room was very clean. I did not like the soft water. Taking a shower was not enjoyable. If you have a water softener, you should turn it down some. I used way more water trying to rinse off the soap than I use for 3 showers. You should rethink that.
