Carpet in hallways smelled mildewy and room was not completely clean. All trash hadn't been removed from previous client

Staff and check-in/out was efficient and simple. But I have to say the level of moisture in this hotel is very notable and I felt immersed in this feeling of mildew to the extent I could not get comfortable and simply put, gross. I couldn’t sleep a wink. The smell just blasts you in the nose as soon as you open the door. It’s a humid air in the room that the AC does touch and not having any windows for air flow really makes this feel like a mold container. If you have asthma or any respiratory issues I would be mindful. Even the carpet felt moist. I think management tries to do their best as the room was tidy, but, the building needs to be completely gutted and rebuilt. Just pay the extra $50 or so and book the Holiday Inn.

The worst place I’ve ever slept. The smell of mildew when you open the door should have been enough to make me leave. However our air went out at home and this was the only available room they said even though there was only like 8 cars at most in parking lot. Also, our sheets was damp and I brought the mildew and the damp sheets up to the lady at the desk and she was like it’s from the moisture in the room. Well everyone knows with moisture there’s mildew. And was supposed to get a call back from management yesterday, but still haven’t heard anything.

We stayed for a bicycle race in a neighboring town. The hotel was clean and comfortable. They had breakfast ready early since so many guests were leaving early for the race. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was AMAZING! Great experience for a good price.

Close to needs

No shade around the building, very barren. Smoking area very inadequate. A single chair in the sun.

Pet friendly

The bathroom was filthy. The faucet in ton the sink chrome was pitted and the finish worn off. The molding around the toilet was worn and filthy. The plug in the tub was pulled out and the finish on the surround was bubbled and melted. The room smelled like smoke. The refrigerator was not cold. Do better! We heard several complaints the next morning

The night clerk was very rude and condescending. The door to our handicapped accessible room was out of square and I couldn’t even open the door from inside the room. Had there been an emergency I would have had to go out the window. I actually hurt my shoulder trying to get the door open. They did have a repairman come and work on the door, but we had to wait until our 3rd night bc of the holiday weekend. While there he said it was obvious that the door had been that way for some time. We will not stay there again and when I told the night clerk that she responded with, “That will be JUST fine!”

It was a little hard to get to, but the staff were excellent. Willing to assist in any way. Breakfast was limited, but it was enough to get started.The room was clean & comfortable.

No elevator, the seniors have a hard time with 2nd flood rooms. The room was clean with all amenities.
