The staff was very nice and friendly

There was nothing I didn’t like

Room was clean.

When we walked in, it had an overwhelming perfume/cleaning odor. In our room, one of the lamps was missing the cover for both plugs. There was no plug in the bathroom sink.We had to wait for staff to check us in.

Breakfast hours were too short! No closet for hanging clothes. You had to hang in the bathroom

The facility was really run down. Things need to be fixed and cleaned. Floors in our room were really bad. Weak and had dips.

I had to be moved rooms twice! The first room they gave me, the sink leaked so much water onto the counter it soaked everything and ran onto the floor. Then the second room was even worse, pee on the toilet seat, chicken bones in the trash and TV wouldn’t display a picture even when they gave me a new remote. Then they said they had no other rooms available so they called someone who said would be out to at least look at the tv or get it swapped out with one that worked, this person never showed. It wasn’t until 11 at night that I had enough and we went to the front desk where a new girl was working. This time a new room was magically available. It wasn’t until 11:30 we were finally able to get settled. It was a very long night but we had late check out so we tried sleeping in. At 11 AM they banged on our door wanting us out when we didn’t have to be out until 1. I don’t know if it’s the management or what but this was a horrible experience!
