Room on 2nd floor no elevator, 75 yrs old

Good guess..i wanted my money back cause the non smoking room stank of smoke, eye lashes om the bed, feces stain on the towel, floor not swept and that was a 1st room.. they transferred us too a second room which had hair stuck on shower walls, never changed sheets.. The falling pieces of roofing was a hint.. like it's never been fixed and would look better if the place was in a horror movie.

It was clean and the person who checked us in was very friendly. I liked that it was close to gas stations and restaurants.

There was only one towel in the bathroom so we had to ask for an extra towel. I had hoped for a coffee pot in my room. At the end of our stay even when checking in we told the the person at the front desk that we were getting late check out. The morning staff must’ve not been told because they knocked right at 11 to see if we were leaving. Told them again that we were doing late check out. 15 minutes later they knocked again to see if we were done. That was very frustrating.

I stayed there for a week. I liked it everything was great there was some really good staff. I scheduled another day. I was in the lobby on my computer. Guy.....Fahmcame out asked if I was staying there another day. I said yes. He said okay. I was waiting till check in as I had ran errands earlier that day and had left. Then he tells me it's been canceled. After waiting an hour as the only person sitting in lobby? I went to Hilton Garden Inn instead. Spent much more but absolutely fabulous.Still would have given 5 stars if wasn't for last day incident.

Everything was great till that last day when he did this.

I didn't like nothing but the price it was decent the pictures on the internet got me and price...No no no to this place

First the exterior was horrible and interior was horrible it smell decent when u walked in thats all if I wouldn't had already paid i would have left. the room had a smell i sprayed disinfect spray and smelling good spray.i had a Crack in the windows u could hear the wind no towels when u needed them.overall horrible place to stay upgrade ur place and also no elevators....

Desk person worked with us to find a quiet room away from the highway

The building Seemed tired and room smell was not neutral.
