I never got my deposit back. I called one day and a man told me that they released my deposit and that I will need to follow up with my bank. Called back the very next day and was told by a female that my room was messed up so I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. First off I called from my friends phone so my name and number never showed up. The female instantly told me that my room was messed up before even asking for my name or date that I stayed. When I told her to look me up in the system to make sure she has the right person she hung up on me. I think they are scamming people out of their deposits because she never asked me my name or anything before telling me that my room was messed up. I had to go thru my bank to get my money back. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Staff were nice and helpful. Room smelled clean

Bullet holes in the room door. Weird smears on the bathroom ceiling, possibly painted over blood coming through idk. Kept my $50 deposit because my daughter spilled a splash of Pepsi on the sheet. Could’ve just washed the sheet.

Bed was comfy No bed bugs ! Showers had good water pressure and hot water !

Dirty: Floors were dirty end tables were all dusty .. Definitely didn't set any bags or clothes on the floor !

The AC wasn’t on so the room was stuffy and needed aired out when we got there, the bathroom was not clean. They only have hot breakfast for the first hour of their breakfast and don’t tell you when you book, so if you come down at 7 instead of 6 all you get is cereal and make your own waffle.

Kinda liked the price

Everything was old and it had a old mop type of smell,trash from last people towels had stains and didn't me and wife dry towels bed was old whole room was moisture and sticky! Reason we checked out early

They changed the room for us and changed the towels but that was it

Put us in a king suite with no tv came back later that night from a wet bed because the ceiling had a leak right over the bed then the desk girl did nothing to help us The manager joe changed our room the next morning and told me id get refunded for the bad night then didnt see him again (partially my fault was out all day most of my stay) the area is pretty sketchy too but you get what you pay for.
