Parisian Hotel South Beach

A criminal place that should be shut down immediately. They ruined my recent vacation and refused to pay for that. At check in I was given a room with no bathroom (room with private bathroom was prepaid of course), just because they sell rooms at least twice and my room was not available. Public bathroom on another floor, with a broken lock, everything dirty and unsafe, electrical outlet broken, wifi not working, no breakfast (prepaid as well), very loud at night, ended up going to bed with no shower and got no sleep at all. Had to find another hotel and spend lots of money. Both the hotel and booking.com refused to do something about it, claiming it was all ok because the hotel was ready to upgrade my room the next day. DON'T!

The receptionist had me wait 30 minutes for a room key while he had a conversation about soccer with his friend and called me “an entitled white girl who expected red carpet treatment from every man.” When I finally got to the rooms they were absolutely filthy and reeked of cigarettes

we rented a room at parisian hotel and they sent us to another hotel called geneva , they sent us there , we didnt have a private bathroom as we rent , so first issue another hotel , second issue shared bathroom, we went to the room was a totally disaster was a 1x1 room nasty , sheets with hairs and with a big stains so we can to sleep in the top of the bed after we complain about it they said was the only room available because they were booked , they told us we will move next day after somebody check out , they moved us to the same geneva hotel room as soom as we entered the smeel was terrible , we tried to take a shower and what ? sorprise the shower wasnt working , we called and they sent a house keeping lady , she cant help us , she said it was the pressure and will informe wich she never did , the whole stay was a nightmare , the whole geneva hotel ( renter parisian and never gave me a room ) smells as marihuana and garbage all over the place , people yelling and fighting at 7 am nobody says a word , was a nightmare , at the 3 night they offered us because the incovenience $50 but guess what ? not only they charge me $100 more in my credit card for the 3rd but booking online was $109 per so they didnt gave me any discount , sadly we didnt have any choice to stay there because for some reason south beach was booked during the whole weekend .this is not fair , we paid for a room with a private bathroom and they charge us regular price and gave us a room with shared bath

Terrible place. I will never stay there again. Expedia should be ashamed

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I prepaid for the full hotel bill; the hotel overbooked and claimed my credit card denied the charge but kept my prepaid amount (funny how a card can deny charges but still be charged). It was difficult to get my prepaid amount back and I could not find another hotel last minute in Miami Beach. The hotel provided no help and made a tough situation worse. If you support this type of business, you are part of the problem.

Room was very dirty. Dirty carpets and also found hair in the bed. Very unacceptable

I was tricked by Airbnb by this dump being posted as an "apartment". DO NOT STAY HERE. Bug found in one of the beds, hot water? Barely. Walls are about as thick as paper so sleeping is debatable if you have noisy neighbors. A/C can't be adjusted so a parka is a good investment. Cleaning service is for show- making beds,taking trash or sweeping is simply too hard of a task. You may get new towels by 8:30pm. There are no actual amenities and barely a trash can in the room. How this place is OPEN is shocking.
