Parisian Hotel South Beach

Because the reviews are so poor for this terrible hotel, the manger Derrick decided to start tricking people into booking the hotel without knowing it's a hotel, much less which one. I booked an apartment where I'd have the "entire place to myself" on Airbnb and showed up surprised at what was a hotel entrance. The walls were paper thin and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk was nice. Though I was tricked into booking this place. If I wanted a hotel I wouldn't book through Airbnb and I certainly would have reviewed one of the 100 hotels in the same area before deciding on which one. This is a dumpy gross hotel run by Derrick who is a scam artist. Avoid!

Service was great, towels were small, wooden floor was loud, especially the hallway. location was good

The people there were the nicest people ever. If you are looking for just a quick weekend getaway for a reasonable price, this is a really good place. The property is a little older and rooms are small but clean. I'd definitely stay there again but its not for an extended stay.

Was amazing

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the South Beach amenities, beach and design areas. Unfortunately, we were placed in the adjoining Geneva hotel that seems to have been taken over by Parisian. This building is much inferior to the advertised Parisian. Whilst clean, the decor and furnishings were in much need of refresh or replacement.

Checkin clerk was not very concerned about getting us checked in. The room was very dated, Bathroom was dirty. Air conditioning was very dated. No thermostat just opening & closing of vent in ceiling. There was a coffee make but no coffee or condiments whatsoever. Countertop in kitchenette was chipped & partially missing. Breakfast was nutrient bars. Very disappointing.

The staff is beyond friendly ! The area of the hotel is on point. Don’t expect 5star hotel! If you are coming to enjoy Miami & the beach this is the right hotel !

Be careful giving them your credit card for the $50 deposit. They charged my card by the chip when I checked in. The next morning when I checked out I gave them my card to refund the $50. But for some shady reason they keyed my card number in instead of using the chip and keyed the wrong card number which I didn't notice until I got home. I'm sure they use this practice multiple times because guest don't realize until after they get home. I have contacted them multiple times and still have not been refunded the $50.

Avoid this hotel!!! Bed bags made us regret going to Miami at first place

Simple rooms, but great price for the location right by South Beach. Breakfast includes bananas, cereal boxes, snack bars, etc.
