Parisian Hotel South Beach

It is very old and very dirty. Didn’t like it The breakfast was good and it’s close to the beach

The hotel is dirty, and in poor condition. Air conditioning doesn't work, shower doesn't work. No wonder the owner has 2 Lamborghinis, they collect money for the hotel, but don't do any maintenance.

The staff was nice thats about the only positive thing i can say

This place isn't a "Hotel", too expensive compared to the quality of everything. I checked in after a long exhausting trip wishing to relax & sleep well to find the rooms looks like collapsing & very old, seems like the walls doesn't exist as I was terrified the 1st night & couldn't sleep at all as I hearing violent people fighting non stop till 3 am in the corridor. When I asked to cancel the 2nd night due to their very poor unsafe place they charge me cancellation fees even though I did an early check out as I couldn't stay any more minute. breakfast was awful too !

Very cold Breakfast was just snacks There seemed to be an issue with the water pressure in the shower. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing though very very nice and helpful

It’s in a great location of Miami, the service needs alittle bit of work but overall it’s good. The room was clean for the most part I did see a dead roach in my bathroom. It’s in walking distance to the beach there is food just right around the corner. Or you can always order uber eats they delivered too.

The price for this location is a STEAL! 1 block away from the beach, and walking distance to everything in South Beach. Sure the hotel could use a makeover, but the rooms were clean and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed here with friends for a week and had no complaints. This can be a loud hotel at times so if you don't like to party, go to bed early, or expect to get a full nights sleep in Miami, don't stay here haha. I would recommend this to any young adults and groups of friends looking to stay in the heart of South Beach without breaking the bank.

Good location, close to the beach, but too noisy. Carpets dirty, hotel room looked with water filtration, bath towels had some stains, part of the bed had cigarettes burns.

I read all the reviews and was extremely cautious when booking. A friend and I went to Miami for Rolling Loud in May 2019 and stayed here. The front desk staff were polite and we returned back to our room with clean sheets. Liquor Store was right across the street. Outside of the hotel was very welcoming. Someone offered a ride to the festival and also the materials needed to have a good time at the Festival. Wink. I would stay here again!

It took 45 minutes to get checked in. Once in the room, I noticed that the bedding had a stain. I decided to ignore it and removed that cover. I also noticed that my pillow smelled extremely strongly of cologne. By the time I noticed this, there was nobody available at the desk to speak to. Both beds squeaked at any slight movement. There were people loudly coming and going all night. The doors slam and the floorboards squeak. If you are looking to save money and don’t care about quality/noise, then this place is okay, but it definitely is not clean or comfortable.
