Parisian Hotel South Beach

Carpet was not vacuumed. Water pressure inadequate and the water did not get hot.

The location is perfect you can find everything you want around it

not to much hot water and when i take a shower was little bit water

The cleanliness of this hotel is poor, and expensive for what you get!

Nothing to like. At the time I made reservation, all reasonably priced hotels were fully booked. This was a last-minute reservation.

DISGUSTING BED BUGS .. blood in sheets ... manager is never there , they never have extra blankets , complained so many times about my room guy in the front with Glasses said he couldn’t do anything about it wasnt his problem... went on vacation with My kids came back all bitten all over my body with the bed bugs in the room ... HOUSEKEEPING SUCKS CANT CLEAN ROOM WELL .... I advise people or tourist never stay there nasty dirty Hotel you can find in Miami Beach ... they put out bagels and they are hard as a rock and I cOmplaint and the lady working there felt insulted and told me not To say they are hard bagels .

This was the absolute worst stay. The hotel was filthy filthy FILTHY and roach infested. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The shower and sink water was brown. I stayed for 4 nights and house keeping only came in one time to clean the room. This property was cost effective and in a good location, but this experience was completely not worth it. I would never stay at this property ever again and I will make sure no one I know ever stays here either.

I have stayed at Parisian several times in the last few years...I fly to MIA at times just to get away from the northeast lousy weather..I Don"t rent a car, use the bus system and just want to jog and go to the beach...My favorite place on the south beach strip is the News Cafe to just relax at South Beach..Parisian is in a great location!..Hotel staff is very friendly, and the accommodations are not perfect but certainly acceptable for the price..I recommend it as its clean and during my stay not noisy, and they offer a small breakfast..Very good for the money!

Receptionist quit and was training new staff forcing me to wait to check in after an 18h transcontinental + connecting flight. New receptionist was even worse in that she was rude in expecting me to wait. Still, you get what you paid for...1/4 price of nearby Loews.

I checked into the hotel at 2am on Saturday morning with my dogs. I was told the pet fee was $68. When I received my bill at check out the pet fee on my bill said $25. I asked kindly where the remaining $50 went and the employee Michelle started yelling at me immediately saying she should have charged me double for 2 pets but 25 times 2 equals $50 so regardless she still over charged me and could not explain where the remaining money went. I waited from the time of check out at 11am until 6pm for the owner Jay Cohen who was also rude and when asked to check the cameras to prove I was robbed he said "Ill check the cameras on my own time." I was never refunded and on top of that my tv did not work the first 24hours i was in the room. The staff was disrespectful, there was a roach the size of my finger in front of room door and not once did anyone apologize!
