The venue was close to the beach and St Anne's town, with lots of lovely cafes to get breakfast in. The swimming pool was great to be able to use and it was nice to be able to self-cater (Aldi, Sainsbury's and the posh M&S food hall are walking distance, so that was great!). It was dog friendly and the staff love dogs and were generally really helpful. Bathroom was clean and seemed quite new (had a big shower but no bath).

The sofa in the living space was old and tired and smelled of dog. It was a shame because the space would have felt a lot better if there had been a nicer sofa and comfy chairs in it. The dishwasher didn't open properly, which was difficult and they only provided one dishwasher tablet, so you'll need to bring your own! There was no tea or coffee provided. The bed was on the wonk and quite uncomfortable. There was a £2 cost for towels for use in the pool (we just used our apartment ones, but this wasn't communicated on arrival so was a faff for the first pool visit) and you had to pre-book pool/sauna use for the whole of your stay. This was fine for us as I like a swim every morning before getting ready for the day, but this could be a real downside for others.

"Nice little apartment rooms, more useful that a hotel room."

Having a small apartment instead of a typical Hotel Room was a real bonus. The location is great with a very short work into town and to the beach.

The heating controls were set HOT, so I don't think it was reset between visitors. The gym opening times from 8am-8pm were limiting for me, especially trying to fit it in around a working day.

"Three friends getting together from different parts of the North West. Great stay."

Well situated to go into St Annes. Great car park. Great having the pool and jacuzzi although disappointed sauna not very hot and steam room out of act.

3 girls and only one mirror in bathroom! Bad drain smell in bathroom. Room 202 No decaffeinated coffee.
