Hotel Rosalila

Not the fanciest of accomodations, but excellent, especially for the price.

Great location. Close to main square but still quiet. Clean. Very helpful staff.

Shower didn’t get hot enough.

The location was very convenient, close to the city center and a supermarket.

Our room was full of mold, especially in the bathroom. The humidity was terrible and the staff watered the plants in a manner that the path in front of our room was constantly flooded and a bed for moskitos that of course entered our room at any chance. The provided included breakfast was just two pieces of toast and some jelly, the service was very rude. Beforehand, we were told we could pay in dollars but they wouldn't give us change so we had to go to an ATM. I asked for their shuttle service and they tried to charge us the double of the standard price of the tour agencies. Our booking had a "garden view" (see pictures, a dark basement wall was our view). They advertise with a pool that is at another location and costs extra. We checked out one day early just to not deal with this place anymore.

The location was excellent 👌 . In other words prefect location quite, peacefull. I am already planning my next visit to Copan and staying at hotel 🛏️ Rilosalila .

Only only thing i didn't like was the check in time. It's to late for me after a long travel. I would like to settle in and take a shower 🚿. 12:00pm would be more appropriate for individuals over fifty years of age.

I've been to 30 countries. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The little boy working the front desk is condescending and rude and made up policies on the spot. They also lock you in like zoo animals. The front gate is padlocked and the front desk is not attended 24/7 so you can't get out. Strangest setup I've ever seen. Not to mention the black mold all over the bathroom. Don't stay here, no matter how cheap!
