Our stay was great easy check in great communication all round we stayed a group of us for my stag great location

Shocking apartment, broken tiles on floor in bathroom & a squelchy bath mat on the floor. Toilet flush kept getting stuck & wouldn’t flush. Stunk of cigarette smoke. Old furniture covered with throws, just horrid throughout! Nothing like the photos. In much need of a make over! Very disappointed 😱 thankful we weren't in it much!

This place is really handy for visiting Northern quarter, Arnsale centre, Harvey Nichols Selfridges etc. Rifht next to a tram stop if you want to go further afield. I found the property owner helpful and friendly when i contacted them

Great apartment! Ten of us stayed and everyone was impressed. It was clear from the start that there was no towels or mirrors, so we packed our own. There’s no lift but for the price it’s a no brainier! Communication was great and very clear. Very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone 😊

Fantastic place for large group to stay. Close to everything, walking distance. Also had all equipment inside for kitchen and dining use. Would recommend and stay again

We booked our room a while in advance as it was in a different city, was told we'll be stayng at printworks, but wasnt anywhere near it, the room didnt look like the photos, had to pay a 100 pound deposit which wasnt mentioned in the ad, the room was clean but bathroom was taped together, we was on the 5 floor with no lift, and only 1 fire exit, when we arived they had double booked our room with 2 other guys, which we finally got sorted but the lady tried to make it seem like our fault. But gave us 3 extra hours to check out, no towels or anything in the apartment and the heating didnt work probably as it was freezing all night. Im still currently waiting for deposit to come back to me.

Where to begin!when we arrived, we thought the place was a drug den. People smoking weed outside the property and armed police there as well. When you get inside, it doesn't get better. The place looked appalling with cracks in the wall and windows. There were stains on the couches and damages everywhere TV, floor tiles ECT. We had people leave early because they refused to sleep there. I would not recommend this place on my worse enemy

The person who we booked the apartment was lovely got back in touch straight away when we messaged and give all information that we needed however the apartment we got was not on the website so we did not know that was what we were getting, was very small compared to pics online and didn’t look anything like them. When paying £70 each for that apartment we weren’t too pleased as it was not the apartment advertised.
