Manchester Printworks

Convenient for Manchester Arena. Does not look like the picture and rather small. Unpleasant smell on arrival possibly from previous visitors. Comfortable beds.

Not suitable for a family. Top floor apartment in a party house. Photos were taken years ago. One bed is in a mezzanine with no rails around an attic stairs. If there was a fire below I have no idea how you’d get out.

Our stay was enjoyable from the offset, after a few negative reviews we were rather apprehensive about our stay, however upon arrival at the premises we were pleasantly surprised with the state of the apartment. We were delighted with the third bedroom and the cleanliness of the establishment. The 5 flights of stairs were worrying however made good fun after a night out..... we did however come across a few unwanted visitors in the form of bedbugs the last night. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we had a fabulous stay with the best location imaginable

There was nothing about my stay that I enjoyed. The apartment was damp and cold. One of the bedrooms overlooking the car park had mould around the window. But what was worst about my stay is that 'all' of the beds and bedding where covered in bed mites - absolutely filthy. If anyone at Expedia reads this I photo evidence of the state of apart 4. I will never stay here again and would recommend no one else does either.

Avoid. These people will scam you. Contact details provided did not work. No instructions for entry were promised but not provided ("we are having trouble sending email"). Mobile number was never answered, despite starting to contact them 7 days in advance for entry instructions. No one at the property answered the door on arrival, and Hotels.com didn't answer either. Had to book the Holiday Inn over the road to get the family safe fo r the night. Disgraceful. They refuse to accept any of this happened, and are refusing a refund.
