Apartamento agradável Boa localização - Mercado de peixe, lojas, restaurantes e praia estava tudo próximo.

No geral gostei de tudo, menos das almofadas

El lavabo de uno de los baños minúsculo y muy incómodo. No obstante ,el apartamento tiene 2 baños y un aseo

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location and we were warmly welcomed on our arrival by Joana. We had the two bedroom first floor apartment for myself, my husband and our teenage daughters (who shared a double bed). It was clean & well equipped with microwave/oven/hob/fridge freezer/coffee machine/washer dryer/iron - and plenty of glasses, plates, cups, etc. A nice touch was the extra bits and pieces like washing machine capsules/loo roll/coffee capsules/teabags/kitchen roll/washing up liquid etc. We had two bathrooms in this apartment also – one with a good sized shower and the other was just a toilet and sink - really useful! There are Aircon units in each bedroom & in the living area. We had a balcony off the kitchen area with a sofa and table. This proved to be an excellent vantage point for the beautiful town of Costa Nova. The apartment is above a restaurant & beside the local market so there’s plenty of activity going on and it was a pleasure to sit out with a glass of wine and observe the world going by. Lots of restaurants & a couple of supermarkets just a short walk away. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk and is absolutely stunning. There were some umbrellas (presumably left by previous guests) in the foyer area of the apartments that we used on the hotter days. All told, we had an excellent 1 week stay and I would recommend. I had some concerns about previous reviews mentioning the noise of the restaurant below, but this didn’t cause us an issue.

I can’t honestly think of anything – it exceeded our expectations and we felt it was excellent value for money. A dishwasher would’ve been amazing, but the kitchen is compact and there isn’t room so we adopted quickly to old school ‘wash as you go’!

It was in the middle of things

The sat nav brought us to a different building. There was no lift The bed room was upstairs the kitchen was small the chairs was very uncomfortable and the bed was uncomfortable everything else was ok

Great location, right next to the market were you can find fresh local fruit, there is also a fish market and is walking distance to the restaurants. Downstairs there is a bakery/cafeteria with plenty of options, great coffee and pastries.

The bathroom of the master bedroom is in a weird location, is inside the bedroom but the doors are glass doors and right next to the balcony, so it lacks privacy, if you want to go to the balcony you need to go through the bathroom and if you need to use the bathroom then you need to close the curtains that faces the balcony but who ever is inside the bedroom can still see you because is al clear, so you don't have much privacy but luckily there are 2 more bathrooms in the apartment.

The apartment has all the amenities you need for a short stay, the kitchen was very good equipped and everything was very clean. The location was perfect, few meters from the beach, close to the fish market, good parking possibilities, beautiful area. We had a very nice time and felt comfortable.

There is nothing we did not like, we missed a proper broom, there was a short one but a long stick one would have help as we staked a whole week.

Great location, amazing views, 15 minutes by car to the center of Aveiro. Next to a restaurant, bakery and shop with fresh fruit and vegetables.
