Terrazzos do Prado - Vista Ria de Aveiro

Absolutely perfect location and wonderfully quiet. This is my second visit to this spot, staying in the same property, and I know I'll definitely be back again.

The apartment occupies two floors with two separate bedrooms with two individual bathrooms. It is a very spacious apartment with several private terraces. Clean and almost new or recently renovated. We visited in January, but it was still very comfortable and warm.

We thought we'd enjoy our time in Costa Nova, but didn't expect to love it as much as we did... and it's thanks in large part to this place! Paulo was kind, attentive, and flexible; he allowed us to check in early, answered our questions about the area, and met us on time at the door with keys in hand. The property itself is secure, modern, and nicely furnished (and somehow smells fresh and clean, despite being surrounded on all sides by fish markets and seafood restaurants.) A/C in both bedrooms worked great, showers stayed hot, and beds were comfortable. We loved being right next to the local fish market and took advantage of the location between lagoon and beach to visit both waterfronts. The town has a wonderful ambiance and is easy to navigate on foot (though the free parking was a huge plus!) We far preferred this area to Aveiro and its surrounding beaches. We appreciated the supply of ample laundry detergent and kitchen supplies; both made for a comfortable and convenient stay. We'd feel lucky to visit again someday!

Seamless check-in and check-out. Great location. Good restaurants in the neighborhood. Nice balcony overlooking the market and ria, and walking distance to the beach.

I wish I could have stayed longer. :-)
