rip off and disapointment from the beginning till the end, absolutely UNIQUE experience in my longlife travel experience, NEVER EVER again! The hotel announces recinstruction of the pool area and offered pool in neughbouring hotel for free - the spare pool had shiwers under reconstruction and the place was naturally overcrowded and dirty. The resort should be five stars - you can cheat but not this much, no safe, no bathrobes, no slippers, no room service, no minibar...the standard of the room is ok for a local pension...full board - sitting in overcrowded restaurant where you can barely move and at the same time we were denied access without any explanation zo another restaurant...service during meals is non existent, coffee for breakfast terrible...the only highlight was service and average pizza in "ala cart restaurant" which is not included in the half board...kids playcorner placed in a dark basement with terrible activities...the only highlight of the stay was fresh air and small streak under the window of my bedroom...the place is enourmously huge and does not have slightest capacit to provide any service...luckily we stayed only two nights...

Abendessen war nicht der gut, nicht viel Auswahl, Getränke waren Konzentrate die selbst geholt werden mussten, kein Service (bis auf Teller abräumen was sehr schnell ging) oder Möglichkeit einen Wein zum Abendessen zu bestellen. Außerdem Halbpension zu teuer im Verhältnis dazu, dass es viele Restaurants fussläufig mit besseren Preisen gibt. Frühstück war ok bis auf den Kaffee. Hotel war aber bis auf essen sehr sehr schön, modern und sauber. Erwachsenenzeiten im Bad sowie Bademeister. Kann man wirklich weiterempfehlen. Nur auf die HP würden wir verzichten.

It was great! There was a lot of attractions for children, big swimming pool open from 9-10pm, tasty food and really good service.

We spent a week with our 5 year old daughter , upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel, where 90% of guests are families with children, has restrictions on the use of the swimming pool , the apartments in which we slept turned out to be without air conditioning, luckily it was not hot. The room was dirty (dead insects) and in the coffee cup we found chewing gum stuck to the bottom. On the first day of our stay we got a limited breakfast, the next we waited in the long queue , same food every day .

We were in platinum for the first time and we were surprised how beautiful it is there. A large modern room, decorated with wood, which matched the view from the balcony on the greenery of the forest. Children's playroom for children, lots of fun in the pools. We also tried the massages and we can't complain. It is a hotel for families with children and you will enjoy it there.

Nice, but not worth the money - 5* hotel but most 4* hotels in the same area are same if not better quality when it comes to comfort, services and overall level.

Sauberkeit und Hotelausstattung

Najlepszy hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi. Mnóstwo atrakcji w hotelu, można nie wychodzić z hotelu. Jednak jak ktoś chciał pozwiedzać hotel przygotował wyjścia w góry z przewodnikiem, nordic walking z instruktorem, joga, zumba itp. Dla dzieci animatorzy przygotowali dużo atrakcji. Bardzo dobry basen wew. jak i zew. A wieczorem codziennie koncert. Dobre śniadania oraz Dania w restauracji. Gorąco polecam, my na pewno pojawimy się w hotelu jeszcze niejeden raz.
