The green garden, the location, the size of the flat were great. It was well equipped with everything one may need. The staff were smiling responsive and kind

There was constantly a strong smell of cleaning detergent in the room which was overwhelming at times The organization of the reception should be improved: only one person performing all check ins/check outs/answering the questions etc is too little. He is always busy and overwhelmed. When there are multiple customers arriving or leaving at the same time, it results in long waiting times. I think there should be more employees dealing with customers

Très bel appartement situé au centre de la ville, tout en restant très tranquille.

Nous avions réservé un appartement avec terrasse a l'étage. C'était clairement le petit plus de l'appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la ville et la mer au loin. En plein été, la terrasse est toutefois trop chaude pour être utilisée en pleine journée (mais ok pour petit dej et soirée).

Very clean and updated Excellent location in Old City. Close Proximity to Teatro Antico and Funivia Federico was excellent and managed to get dinner reservations for us at short notice. Fabulous rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of coastline and Mt Etna

The accommodation was so clean and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating, I am so thankful for all their recommendations and hospitality - they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They sourced me additional accommodation and helped me get a phone charger when mine broke - it’s the small things like this that I really appreciated. I will be recommending this accommodation to my friends and family.
