Torre Elisea

Everything! The property was clean and the views were stunning from the balcony. There was a picnic table right outside to enjoy the view from as well. Thought we got an authentic experience staying in Miniori, we preferred that over other towns we visited. David was an absolutely amazing host. He greeted us and ensured our bags were at the next place. He is an absolute, genuine and kind person. Local to the area with great recommendations.

Nothing. I will say if you have any troubles physically (knee problems) it’s about 20 minute walk down stairs to town

The view was stunning, the rooms were ultra comfortable, spacious and quiet - and equipped with air conditioning! Davide went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and his hospitality was truly exceptional. No ask was too much trouble - from organising dinner reservations, to helping us get pizza delivered (after a big day haha!) and a beach club booking. Breakfast everyday was truly delicious! Minori is a quiet town with a beautiful beach and easy access to the ferry to explore other towns. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Not a dislike but as other reviews mention there are a lot of stairs down to the town and beach - just something to be aware of especially if you have family / friends with mobility issues - it’s not an “easy stroll” to the water. That being said, there is a local mini bus that you can take - comes every hour or so (and costs €1). Additionally the drive up to the property is a little bit challenging - very narrow - we had a hire bar but rarely used it. As I say, we truly loved our stay so don't really consider there to be any faults - would highly recommend it.

Davide was a fabulous host. We really appreciate him collecting us from the ferry when we arrived and then again dropping us back the ferry when leaving. The breakfasts with the amazing view were a highlight. The bedroom was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The town suited us with great places to eat but also being less busy than that of Amalfi.

We were definitely sad to leave.

Absolutely stunning area for our 4 night stay with my daughter. We were welcomed by Davide the host near the bus stop and personally drove us to the accommodation. We had the room with the balcony overlooking the coast. Breakfast was prepared by Davide and served daily on the balcony. The room was large enough for us and spotless. Nice bathroom. Davide was so informative about the area, gave restaurant recommendations and made dinner reservations for us. Went out of his way to pick us up after a late dinner. There’s a local shuttle bus that comes regularly at the property to go into town if you’re not inclined to go up and down steps. I can’t speak more highly of Davide’s hospitality and willingness to be there and give us advice. I will definitely be coming back with my husband next time.

Torre Elisea is a quiet retreat to wake up to each morning and return to after the hustle of a busy day or long walk in the Amalfi towns. Amazing views of the town below and Ravello above. So nice to walk the lemon path to Maiori and already be on the trail. Excellent breakfast choices provided each morning by Davide. A wonderful knowledgeable host, happy to share his interests of the area and helpful in all situations when he could. Thanks Davide it was a wonderful stay.

Clean big room with a great veiw of the coast. Host was very friendly and gave us some great local recommendations. Free parking and a lovely town just five minutes down the hill.

Address listed by booking.com was incorrect however we managed to find the location quickly after a quick search. Apart from this it was fantastic and highly recommend.

Big thanks to Davide, he's the perfect host! He picked us up from the bus (with our big luggage), told us a lot about the area and the Easter traditions and brought us beautiful breakfast to the room in the morning. The absolute best host we met on our entire Italy trip :) (Cute cats as well).
