Torre Elisea

First and foremost, we were so happy with this place. Its located at the historic 'Path of Lemons', winding along the hills. We had the room with the balcony, where we sat every day morning, with an amazing breakfast that Davide prepared for us, looking at the spectacular coast. The place is accessible by shuttle buses that run every hour. But if you are up for melting away the calories from the pasta, you can always take the stairs from the town ;) - takes about 15 - 20 mins. All towns along the coast are easily accessible via ferries - Amalfi, Postiano etc - Davide will help. The town itself is quiet, but has some really nice restaurants. Now about Davide, our host - he is another reason why the place is highly recommended - so helpful with everything - recommendations for places to eat and drink, transportation, history of the place - always with a smile. He dropped us in his car, on the last day, to get the bus to the airport, which he arranged for us , as the tickets were not available online. If you want to have a genuine experience, that makes you feel the place and the history, with an amazing host, at a fraction of the cost of the plastic hotels you will find in this region - this place would be an amazing option.

Amazing view and very clean and comfortable room. Davide made sure we were very comfortable and helped us with anything we needed during our stay. He checked in to see if we were ok.

The view was wonderful! The property was clean and had everything to make you comfortable. Davide was a spectacular host! He answered all of our questions and had many restaurant suggestions as well as ferry and bus schedules ready when we arrived.

I have no complaints.

The view was impressive, it was right on the Lemon Walk and the host was invaluable.

The room and view at Torre Elisea absolutely exceeded expectations - even better than photos! Alike other reviews, it was worthwhile specifically mentioning how fantastic a host Davide is. Truly exceptional service. He is a superstar and accommodating inside and outside of business hours. He also brings personalised knowledge of the local town of Minori. We left feeling as though we had gained a friend and knew half the town! As for the room - spacious, clean, thoughtfully designed and furnished. We also enjoyed a great breakfast each morning, thoughtfully picked by Davide and scheduled to accomodate our activities for the day.

Davide is an amazing host. From the moment I booked the property, the level of communication received stood out in its responsiveness and detail. Davide was helping us the entire way from nailing down the time and method of travel to-and-from the accommodation, to our preferences on breakfast, providing details on the location and suggesting activities, and to our enquires/requests during our stay. Regarding the room and the property, the pictures available are accurate and representative of the room so I don't need to elaborate on it more. I would just add that I loved the tiled floors and that the view is even better in person. As for the location, the property is located along the scenic path of the lemons trail and on the edge of Minori in their Torres region. However, this does not make it difficult to reach from-and-to with a short scenic walk down to the centre of town and a well scheduled and reasonably priced short shuttle ride from Minori centre to steps away from the property. The town of Minori itself is an understated gem and gateway to the Amalfi coast with its wealth of transportation options between the ferry port, bus connections, and its close proximity to Amalfi itself, good dinning options, and excellent hiking paths nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend using Minori as a base. In all, we had a truly exceptional and memorable stay. This is not just due to the clean and well-decorated room, the fabulous views from the balcony, and the great breakfast prepared each morning, those were expected from the great reviews that they have received thus far. What made this stay special were our hosts Davide and his wife Carmen. Their connection to Minori (they also run the excellent Casa Lemon Amorino Garden Bar/B&B! highly recommended), warmth and hospitality truly made our visit to the Amalfi coast a memory that we will cherish and reflect upon for years to come.

Everything perfect. Davide is the best host I have experienced in all my stays. Minori is a beautiful town with fantastic restaurants. There is a shuttle bus up to apartment for €1 until 11pm then just 40 steps. Walk into town is 10 mins down steps. The apartment is clean and the balcony is highlight with amazing views. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this property was fantastic especially the warm, welcoming host, Davide who was always very responsive and accommodating.
