Super Empfang vom Gastgeber und das Parken war direkt vor der Tür möglich. Ein geräumiges Zimmer und dazu ein gemütliches Bett machten die Nacht perfekt.

Friendly host, nice big house, quiet

Host wasn't available when arrived late, a sign showing which house it is would be good. Could have done with extras in the room eg mirror, heater, ext cord.

I provided my own breakfast.

If I had brought a car it would have been unable to fit into their tight parking space. Fortunately, I was walking to the Waipuna Convention Centre, about 4 minutes away.

Host was absolutely friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfy

The bathroom was not clean, basin and toilet. Sorry sel.

My experience in this accommodation was really bad. First of all, there's no way to know which house it is, as there is no signs at all. After calling a couple of times when I arrive to the place, they finally picked up the phone - there's no reception and no one to ask if you need help with anything. Someone came down and showed me my room which didn't have a key, so I couldn't feel it was safe to go out for dinner. The worst part was that the bedsheets were dirty (as you can see in the photos). Even sleeping on top of the duvet, I was itching the whole night, and woke up with bites all over my body. When I saw the host in the morning, she wasn't very nice. To summarise, I wouldn't recommend because of the following: - Bad reception when arrival - Bad customer service - Bad hygiene - No way to lock your room from the outside

I found the Property clean comfortable and the staff were nice easy to understand they spoke English
