The owner was very kind and helpful and there was enough parking on site and Wifi available

The floor in the bedroom was filthy as though it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks and The bathroom had mould in it. Everything felt generally very unclean. There was also no form of heating and no mirror in the bedroom. Could have done with a few more amenities and a good thorough clean. It was also a bit tricky to work out which house it was.

Sal was a lovely host, very attentive and friendly. We had an interesting discussion and he was able to help with any requests I had. Great value for money.

This property should be listed as a boarding room. The details do not reflect the type of accommodation it is. I did not realise I would be staying in a room in a family's house! I was not shown the common areas but I am picking the microwave and refrigerator were the ones in the family kitchen! At $100.00 it was a complete rip-off. This place needs to be re-listed. Saying things like, "There are 5 restaurants and 6 coffee shops/cafes on site. You can unwind with a drink at one of the 3 bars/lounges" is a flat out lie. Do better

Very clean, tidy and well maintained. Bed is comfy. Great communication. Perfect for travelling alone. Would definitely use again for my solo trips.

Location is a little bit tricky to find, I ended up circling the block because it's easy to miss. But the owners do their best in explaining how to find it and to avoid any confusion.
