Silvia Park House is the perfect place if you need a rest from travelling. It‘s very quiet, nice, cosy, clean and offers everything you need. Sel the owner is so helpful and welcoming that i straightly felt like home:). I can definitely recommend this place!

Warm friendly greeting and immaculately kept and presented property. Super helpful, and nothing was a problem. Nothing not to like, would stay here again. It's not a negative, but just a heads up that if you don't have a car, it's a 15-20mins walk to public transport links.

Very welcoming host, very clear and concise directions to find the property and a surprisingly quiet homestay given the Auckland location. Exceptional value for money with a comfortable bed and a spacious room.

"Good location but ...."

Nice comfortable bed. Clean property.

Very hard to find. No road signage. Owner made me feel uncomfortable, wanted to know when I would arrive, when I would be leaving. Didn't feel comfortable to come and go freely. No way to lock bedroom door from the outside., so didn't feel comfortable to leave my things so I could have a shower/ have breakfast etc.
