InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Snellville

I took the risk of staying here because I needed a 2 week stay with a full kitchen over Superbowl Week and this was one of the only properties available. NOTE - you pay upfront when you walk in the door for your entire stay. They claim to have a "full kitchen" and this is a lie. They have a tiny bar sink, a microwave, a two burner electric range and a mini-fridge. All of the drawers and cabinets were EMPTY - no cookware, no plates/bowls/cups, no silverware or serving ware. The room is OLD and BEAT UP, however it was fairly clean. At $39 a night - this is expected - you get what you pay for. You can get a contact HIGH from the pot smell in the hallways coming from the various rooms. Walls are not well sound insulated and you can hear your neighbor's conversations at all hours of the night, keeping you wake. I had to run the air-conditioner fan to drown out the noise. BIG DANGER - I had to call 911 on my 8th night because a guy was in the hallway banging on doors looking for the guy who slept with his wife. He was yelling obscenities and threatening to kill him with the gun he was carrying. Snellville police showed up quickly and arrested him. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid this place !

its crap i never seen a hotel in my life where there is not even a cup of coffee, forget breakfast , never tell anyone to stay there , my back is hurting from the bed with springs its crap .

Very very noisy! Doors slamming throughout the nights!

Natasha at the front desk was very professional. From the moment I walked in the lobby Natasha greeting was very welcoming. Because of her if I ever come to Snellville Ga. Again I will be staying there. Also the lady who watches the building over night is a very nice woman as well. Hope to see you two ladies soon.

the receptionist was rude and the bed are too small

This place is for someone who needs temporal place to stay until they get on there feet

Reservation was not available bed hard like sleeping on wood. Alot of traffic through out the night

Front desk closed. Charged additional funds when I had already Expedia. I had to wait for attendant to give me key. Condition of hotel Terrible- rusty shower head- patched roof and rusty microwave. Noisy air conditioner. Noisy.

Shower head leaked spraying bathroom cealing causing stuff to flake off and fall in tub.Hair dryer would not work and staff could not repair this for the weekend. Saw rouches in hallways three times and in lobby once.

I was in town to observe a court proceeding. I did not know how long I would stay and made sure to say so when I booked my room. The only thing going for the room was that it came with a small refrigerator, stove top, (pots and pans only upon request and no oven) and a television. Otherwise, there is very little I can say that is positive, except that the staff I spoke to seemed nice. Very low quality towels, a stench that wouldn't go away no matter how long I left the fan on, no fan in the bathroom either, actual holes in the covers, and I even found some previous person's used underwear behind the bed when I was searching for a personal item I had misplaced... Still, I wasn't going to write a negative review. I did get the room at a very cheap price and I don't think of myself as a complainer. But, when I checked out early on a Saturday (do to the court proceeding ending earlier than expected) I was told by the front desk that management would call me on Monday (when they returned to work after the weekend) to discuss what I needed to do to be reimbursed or credited for the days I would not be using. No one has called and it has been nearly a week since I check out. Best advice? Only stay here if you truly have no other financial choice. Then, be prepared to get even less than what you paid for.
