InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Snellville

The manager on duty Melinda was rude, unprofessional and totally disrespectful. Will never consider this hotel again and will not recommend it. The worse experience in all of my travels.

I ask for toilet paper, and they said that they put one roll every week! And the one that they put on my room was very small and I was there for 3 night.

The room is dirty and nasty. There was a dead cockroach in the floor. I didn’t understand why the front desk was closed after 9 PM Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.

Reception wasn't warming, was "we were about to charge you for a late check in because the front desk close at 9pm". I checked in at 816p. Room was sub par: stains and burn marks on carpet and tub. Freezer section of refrigerator was not cleaned properly. Could not rest because above me sounded like a wrestling match was happening for several hours. Finally, got someone on the phone about 130a to handle it. No iron in room to press my uniform for work. Will not book here, again.

The room smelt, the carpet felt dirty/sticky/wet and the fridge didn't work well at all. There was resistance for extra towels and we bought in our own toilet paper when theirs ran out.

I stayed here ten years ago and thought it was great! They lady at the front desk was awesome and wouldn’t check me I or take payment until I looked at the room first. Looked briefly around the room and it looked nice. Cleanliness was fine. However, the pillows were so super thin we had to go shopoing to buy more. I called the front desk and asked if could pick up a couple mores d they couldn’t give us sny. When I looked at the sink that served as bathroom and kitchen sink it looked like someone had taken a sledgehammer and hit the sink SO VERY HARD that there were huge pieces of porcelain missing and one big crack in the Formica. There was a form approx. 1 in hole in a recliner/futon. The bed moved too easily. Wow what a huge difference from ten years ago when the quality was first class.

No one there when I checked in and no one there when I checked out. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to get a key to go in and on the way out I wasn’t waiting any more than five because I had a plane to catch place is very messy and disorganized

Overall, good service and clean. 1 minor detail is upgrade the vending machines so they can accept debit/credit cards. Also would be better if there was an indoor pool.

The worst. I travel for business most of the year. This place smells of weed. The walls in the room was so thin I could hear the person in the room next to me like she was stand in my room. The manager was only care about making money. This place need to clean house and I don’t mean rooms. Stay away!!!!

I took the risk of staying here because I needed a 2 week stay with a full kitchen over Superbowl Week and this was one of the only properties available. NOTE - you pay upfront when you walk in the door for your entire stay. They claim to have a "full kitchen" and this is a lie. They have a tiny bar sink, a microwave, a two burner electric range and a mini-fridge. All of the drawers and cabinets were EMPTY - no cookware, no plates/bowls/cups, no silverware or serving ware. The room is OLD and BEAT UP, however it was fairly clean. At $39 a night - this is expected - you get what you pay for. You can get a contact HIGH from the pot smell in the hallways coming from the various rooms. Walls are not well sound insulated and you can hear your neighbor's conversations at all hours of the night, keeping you wake. I had to run the air-conditioner fan to drown out the noise. BIG DANGER - I had to call 911 on my 8th night because a guy was in the hallway banging on doors looking for the guy who slept with his wife. He was yelling obscenities and threatening to kill him with the gun he was carrying. Snellville police showed up quickly and arrested him. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid this place !
