InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Snellville

The room was nothing like the picture. Small. filthy and from the 70s, The smell of pot and cigarette smoke was everywhere and the place was very noisy. Stay far away from this place.

We refused to stay at this hotel after we signed in. The beds were still a mess and the sheets were stained and unwashed. There is a ton of construction going on and no one is ever at the front desk. You have to call the 800 number to get in touch with anyone. They still charged me for both rooms and refused to give a refund. I contacted their home office and they showed no concern, all they said is once I signed the paper at check in, that no refunds would be given. I'm currently disputing the charges on my credit card.

The room was dirty. I tried about 5 rooms and all of them were nasty. I have to upgrade to a more expensive room that wasn't that great but better. I will not recommend anyone to stay that this NASTY hotel.

Ease of check in. Comfortable bed. Noisy area, smoking outside the exit doors.

Property doing major remodeling. Noise levels start early. As does house keeping. No “Do Not Disturb” signs Available in room so knock on the door at 7:30am.....

The room smells of fish and shrimp people in and out of rooms in the middle of the night noise in the hall way I was so unsatisfied to the point didn’t stay a whole night in the hotel went some where else

Had to change rooms three times to find one that was the most unsanitary. I paid almost $700 bucks because I had to add an extra night and while I'm checking out, I hear somebody get a room for the same days as me and got charged less than $300 and was dumbfounded that I paid more than half. They wouldn't give more towels and didn't clean the room once. The stove didn't work so I had to spend more money having to eat out.ths sink didn't drain and flooded part of the room and was told it was our duty to clean it up. Even asked for more towels to help absorb and they denied so we used all our clothes to clean it up. Very upset with the stay andif I could've afforded to get another place I definitely would have

I checked in and they were rude!!.. Got to my room and there were white stains on the curtains?????not sure what that was, Feces on the walls in the bathroom, Roaches, Stains on the bed linens and pubic hairs Floors were filthy .. Its hard to describe how bad this place was. I didn't stay I emediately checked out and they charged me anyway even though it was this bad.. Desk clerk would not even go look said she knew. But charged me anyway

They need to remodel the beds are hard and uncomfortable housekeeping doesn’t come clean your room only once a week I wouldn’t recommend any one to them also found a bug under my covers by my feet they said I probably brought it in from outside

Closed on Sundays. Rude staff. Will never consider them again.
