Hotel ZaZa Austin

Centrally located for exploring all neighbourhoods. The staff were courteous, the rooms spacious and quiet and the pool / gym well equipped. Loved the artwork and the morning and afternoon complimentary refreshments were a nice touch.

Whilst this didn't appear to be policy housekeeping only serviced our room on request. As a brit a kettle, teabags and a complimentary coffee maker in the room would have been welcome.

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was above and beyond anything we’ve experienced elsewhere. The staff surprised us with thoughtful gifts delivered straight to our room—two bottles of wine, delicious food, and plenty of water—all complimentary and completely unexpected. It set the tone for a truly memorable trip. We received outstanding service from Jacob, who quickly became the highlight of our stay. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely friendly. His restaurant recommendations were spot-on and absolutely fabulous. Every morning, he greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to ask how we were doing. His hospitality made us feel truly cared for. The valet team was just as impressive. They were quick, efficient, and extremely helpful, loading and unloading our bags with ease. Their professionalism and friendliness made every arrival and departure seamless. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and eager to help, creating an atmosphere that felt both luxurious and personal. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and unforgettable hospitality.

The vibe was exactly what I was looking for, and the location was perfect! My friends were staying at more expensive properties nearby loved the afternoon cookies :) I had a good experience as a solo traveler!

Nothing — it was great from the moment i walked through the doors!

Perfect location in downtown Austin with gorgeous facilities. We loved the bar area, the dining and the pool. The rooms with 2 kings were generously appointed. Front desk staff was so helpful. The cocktails and cappuccinos were perfect!

Our stay at Hotel ZaZa Austin for a reunion was truly a five-star experience from beginning to end. It was the perfect place to gather and reconnect. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the service was exceptional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the valet team was especially friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We also loved the food; everything we tried was delicious and exceeded expectations. The location couldn’t have been better. Being able to walk to the lake and to so many wonderful nearby restaurants made the entire weekend even more enjoyable. It was an amazing stay and the ideal setting for our reunion. We can’t wait to return!

Spent the weekend at Hotel ZaZa Austin and WOW — what a vibe. The decor was unique, bold, and totally unexpected. Every space felt like its own experience — definitely more than just a boutique hotel. It had personality, edge, and so much attention to detail. The food was superb (still thinking about it 😍), and the service was absolutely top notch — warm, attentive, and seamless the entire stay. Austin- you did not disappoint!
